Anybody else in that "summer's over, it's already october, winter is right around the corner" funk? I am. So here's a little dose of motivational inspiration! Ps. who ever said no white after labor day is totally wrong. I'm loving white right now, I want to wear it and decorate my entire house in it. Anyways, I know morning work-outs can be daunting but it really gets your day off to a good start. So set your alarm, drink coffee (how cute are these mugs), put on some cute sneakers (love these nikes), and get to the gym! I'm also a firm believer in if you look good, you'll feel good. So I do apply some minimal makeup (i.e. tinted moisturizer, mascara, brow gel) and I finish it off with this setting spray! I use it everyday to keep my makeup in place, and it's definitely not a bad idea if you're headed to the gym either. It also helps me to have a gym bag already packed so I can grab it and go, whether it's in the morning or after work. (Little tip, I prefer backpacks to duffle bags because they're usually easier to fit inside gym lockers!)
