Fitness has always been a big part of who I am, but for some it can be intimidating. Here's a quick run down of what I wear and do in the gym to be productive. First things first, dress in what ever is comfortable for YOU. For me, I like a loose fitting tshirt. I usually go for a light color, because it hides the sweat better. I prefer breathable shorts like these mesh running shorts. Good shoes are a must! I've already had one knee surgery, so this is an imperative part of staying comfortable throughout my workout. A supportive sports bra is a very close second. This one from Victoria's Secret is the best one I've ever owned. They are a little spendy, but worth every penny, especially if you're busty like me. I go for a very minimal makeup look when working out. Again, if no makeup is your thing in the gym I give you props. I keep it light and fresh with this tinted moisturizer, one coat of mascara, and some brow gel. Plus, this will literally take you two minutes. Don't forget your hair ties! Keeping your hair out of your face will be less distracting, and always bring extras! The gym should be a text-free zone, but I have to have my music, so I keep my phone in an armband. I always listen to an upbeat playlist to keep me moving! Lastly, drink LOTS of water. I always bring a large water bottle to the gym with me. Whether you're fitness pro or just beginning, I hope these tips will help you get your fitness on!

Enjoy your Monday, and go work off all those weekend calories!
